What to Look for When Buying a Second-Hand Bike

Just like when buying a second-hand car, there are certain small things to look out for when on the market for a second-hand bike. You’ll want to make sure there aren’t any issues with the gears, chain, etc.

Buying a second-hand bike online is not recommended, as you aren’t able to get hands-on with the bike and have the opportunity to ‘try before you buy’. That’s why we don’t put any of our second-hand bikes online, and instead recommend that you come in and see what we have to offer.

But if you’re buying a second-hand bike from Cycle Revival, you won’t need to worry about that. All of the second hand-bikes that we have to offer have been thoroughly serviced and looked after so it rides like new.
