We frequently have customers who have already purchased their bike elsewhere, come into Cycle Revival saying: “Oh, I wish we’d found you earlier and bought the bike here.” It would be nice to avoid having to hear this with such regularity, so this is why we have this website. Not to sell from but to encourage the viewer that we are worth a visit. And to experience our great level of service and wide variety of electric bikes in stock.
Even a good quality bike is as good as it’s built, one can have a great product but if it hasn’t been assembled and checked correctly with care and attention you might as well have purchased a cheap bike. We see lots of bikes come in with problems, sometimes simply due to the firmware not being updated at point of sale! Electric bikes are becoming very popular and very advanced, so getting good advice and spending your well-earned money with someone that you trust is very important.
Sometimes it’s not possible to purchase an off the peg bike that’s perfect for the customer, at Cycle Revival we ensure you get as close as possible and then bespoke the bike to make it spot on. We can only achieve this by asking certain questions and listening to the customer’s answers. A test ride of some of the bikes is often necessary to get a visual of the customer’s sitting position and for the customer to make an informed decision. Our customers don’t come back moaning, they come back telling us what fun they’re having, and often leave us glowing positive feedback, just take a look at our Google and Facebook reviews. Spending ones money shouldn’t be arduous; it should be fun and enjoyable.
